Other ways to check your order

• Shipping email: Your shipping confirmation includes a direct tracking link from the carrier.
• Your account: If you checked out with an account, sign in to see your order status and history.
• Order status page: The "View your order" button in your order confirmation email shows live status for that order.

Good to know

• Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
• Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first update after the label is created.
• Most orders arrive 5–7 business days after dispatch within the contiguous U.S.
