These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lightn.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Lightn, based in Aventura, Florida ("Lightn," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Orders are accepted for delivery within the United States only.
2. Products and Descriptions
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations in size or finish can occur. If an item isn't as described, you can return it under our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Prices and Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Shipping within the United States is free. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
- Payment is due in full when you place your order. See our Payment Policy for accepted payment methods.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We'll let you know before doing so.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, you will receive a full refund.
5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.
6. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, using it for any unlawful purpose, or copying its content for commercial use without our permission.
7. Intellectual Property
The text, graphics, logos, and design on this Site belong to Lightn or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not reuse them without written permission.
8. Product Use
Please read and follow any instructions and safety information included with your product. Use electrical and battery-powered items only as directed.
9. Disclaimer
Except where the law does not allow it, the Site and products are provided "as is," without warranties beyond those stated in our policies or required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lightn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
